Designed with less tension to provide greater control with more delicate foods, these tongs are made of 18/8 stainless steel that has been heat-treated for greater spring back so they’ll keep their shape use after use. The inside of the tongs is serrated for a better grip on food, while raised grips on the outside keep them stable in your hand, even with gloves on. These 6.125” tongs have open oval ends that allow liquids to pass through and provide more grip. The ends sit flush when closed to keep larger foods intact during placement or transfer. Use them to pull fruit or vegetable chunks from acidulated water, to transfer shrimp from a sauce to the precise plate location, or to drain and place a few capers.
